Event Registration

Register your event and be part of the Galilean Nights project. All registered activities will be listed on the Galilean Nights website, helping you to reach more people. Registering will help us to keep track of all Galilean Nights events and the numbers of countries and locations that the project is reaching.

Contact details that you give will be listed on our website so that attendees can find out more information. The e-mail address entered in this form will be added to a mailing list, used to keep all event organisers informed of Galilean Nights activities and preparations.

Enter the name of your event *

Start date of your event * The first date of your event (Official Galilean Nights dates are 22nd-24th October 2009). Please enter in the format DD/MM/YYYY e.g. 22/10/2009

Last date of your event * The last date of your event. If your event is just one day, enter the same date again (Official Galilean Nights dates are 22nd-24th October 2009). Please enter in the format DD/MM/YYYY e.g. 24/10/2009

Start time of your event * The local start time of your event, the time attendees should start arriving, e.g. 19:30

End time of your event * The end time of your event. This doesn't need to be exact e.g. approx 23:30

Name of organising group If you are organising your event on behalf of a group or association, please give the name here

Main contact name * The name of the person acting as main contact for your event

Main contact e-mail address *

Main contact phone number Please include the country code. e.g. +4912345678

Website address for your event A web page or blog for your event, please include the full address, including "http://" e.g http://www.galileannights.org

Event venue * The name of the event venue, e.g Olympiapark

Street or description of location * The name of the street where the event will be held, or a description of the area, e.g. "South entrance to the park"

City * Town or city where the event will be held

State The county, state or region where the event will be held (e.g. "Texas" or "Surrey")

Post code / zip code * Postal code of the event - this will help attendees using GPS systems to find you or those using an online map

Country * Country where the event will be taking place

Google maps Link Enter here the google maps link of the location of your event. Go to www.google.com/maps enter the location, then click on "Link" above the resulting map

Further details Give further details of your event, including any extra information that attendees may need to know

Add group information to Portal to the Universe If you have registered on behalf of a group or organistion, your details will be listed on www.portaltotheuniverse.org If you DO NOT wish to be listed on Portal To The Universe, check this box
